Welcome to Friday Night Flag Cache Valley
Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag-affiliated league, for all boys and girls from Pre-K to 8th grade,
with an emphasis on team play and sportsmanship.
Our players come from all across the region—from Preston to Paradise, and from Tremonton to Logan.
Practices
Practices may begin the week of August 16th.
Coaches may organize practices and have up to 4 practices and 1 scrimmage prior to Opening Night, September 4.
Practices may be held once a week for 1.5 hours or less during the game season.
Practice times and location is up to the discretion of the volunteer head coach.

Friday Night Flag organizes games only.
Will be in September and October.
All games will be held at the same location every Friday night.
Games typically kick off at 5:15 pm, 6:15 pm, 7:15 pm, and 8:15 pm.
Week 1: Friday, September 4
Week 2: Friday, September 11
Week 3: Friday, September 18

Week 4: Friday, October 2
Week 5: Friday, October 9
Week 6: Friday, October 16 (playoffs)
Week 7: Friday, October 23 (additional playoffs as needed + championships)
Champion gifts will be awarded to the championship teams and runner-ups.
HEAD COACHES:
Friday Night Flag heavily relies on parent volunteers to head coach our teams.
To head coach, please create your own Sports Connect account and register as a volunteer head coach in our system.
We will then contact you as the season gets closer to invite you to our initial coach meeting.
All new head coaches must pass a background check and sign a code of conduct before the first practice.
ASSISTANT COACHES:
To be an assistant coach, please create your own Sports Connect account and register as a volunteer assistant coach in our system.
Then at the first practice, please tell the head coach you are willing to help coach.
EQUAL PLAYING TIME POLICY: All players get equal playing time on the field.
CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse.
We expect all players, parents, coaches, officials, and fans to treat one another, as well as league equipment and fields, with respect.
Anyone who disrespects our staff or property may receive an official warning or be asked to leave the premises.
NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request.
Single players will be placed on teams.
10 players per team.
