Welcome to Friday Night Flag Cache Valley
Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag-affiliated league, for all boys and girls from Pre-K to 8th grade,
with an emphasis on team play and sportsmanship.
Registration for Spring 2026 is OPEN!
Practices
Practices begin in March after the initial coach meeting.
Coaches may have up to 4 practices and 1 scrimmage prior to Opening Night, April 10.
Practices are then held once a week for 1.5 hours or less during the 5-week regular game season.
Practice times and location is up to the discretion of the volunteer head coach.

Will be in April and May.
All games will be held at the same location every Friday night.
Games typically kick off at 5:15 pm, 6:15 pm, 7:15 pm, and 8:15 pm.
Friday, April 10 - Week 1
Friday, April 17 - Week 2
Friday, April 24 - Week 3
Friday, May 1 - Week 4
Friday, May 8 - Week 5
Playoffs and Championships will take place on May 15 & May 16.
Champion gifts will be awarded to the championship teams and runner-ups.
HEAD COACHES:
Friday Night Flag heavily relies on parent volunteers to head coach our teams.
To head coach, please create your own Sports Connect account and register as a volunteer head coach in our system.
We will then contact you as the season gets closer to invite you to our initial coach meeting.
All new head coaches must pass a background check and sign a code of conduct before the first practice.
When you head coach for us, you get to:
Get a free player registration at the end of the season for the following season
Choose the NFL team for your team
Set your team's practice schedule and location
Keep the team's NFL Flag football
Be a positive influence in the lives of young athletes within our community
ASSISTANT COACHES:
To be an assistant coach, please create your own Sports Connect account and register as a volunteer assistant coach in our system.
Then at the first practice, please tell the head coach you are willing to help coach.
EQUAL PLAYING TIME POLICY: All players get equal playing time on the field.
CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse.
We expect all players, parents, coaches, officials, and fans to treat one another, as well as league equipment and fields, with respect.
Anyone who disrespects our staff or property may receive an official warning or be asked to leave the premises.
NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request.
Single players will be placed on teams.
10 players per team.
