Welcome to Friday Night Flag Cache Valley
Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag-affiliated league, for all boys and girls from Pre-K to 8th grade, with an emphasis on team play and sportsmanship. Registration is OPEN for 2024 Fall. The Fall season runs from September through October, with games taking place on Friday nights. Coaches may have up to 4 practices prior to Opening Night, September 6. Practices may begin the week of August 11.
All Friday Night Flag games will be held at the Willow Park Sports Complex in Logan, UT, in the outfields of the softball fields. Practice times and location is up to the discretion of the volunteer head coach.

Friday Night Flag heavily relies on parent volunteers to serve as head coaches. If you are able to coach this season, we would greatly appreciate your help with coaching.
Note: Our league has a zero-tolerance policy for physical, emotional, or sexual harassment or abuse. All head coaches must complete a background check and a signed code of conduct before the first practice of the season to ensure the safety of children and youth. We also urge all players, parents, coaches, officials, and fans to exhibit mutual respect towards each other during our practices and games, as well as towards our equipment and playing fields.

General League Format
- NFL Flag reversible jersey
- NFL Flag belt
- Friday Night Flag playing shorts
- Head Coach receives 1 free registration for the season following the one in which they served as head coach
- 5 regular season games
- Last two weeks is a single-elimination championship
- 5 on 5 format (8-10 players per team)
- Equal playing time
- One practice held a week (1-1.5 long)
- NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
- ALL coaches are volunteer parents
- Champion gifts may be awarded to the Champions of the grade division
