Registration is OPEN the Fall 2025 season.  The spring season runs from  September and October, with games taking place on Fridays.

Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag affiliated league, for all boys and girls K-High School grade and now an adult league. Friday Night Flag is quick play and high tempo which makes for exciting games for both players and parents.

Game Schedule

General League Format

  • NFL flag reversible jersey
  • NFL Flag belt
  • Friday Night Flag playing shorts  
  • End of season participation gift for all players
  • Head Coach receives an NFL Flag game ball
  • 5 Regular Season games
  • Last two weeks is a single elimination Championship
  • 5 on 5 and 7 on 7 Format
  • Equal playing time.
  • One-Two practices held a week (1-1.5 long)
  • NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
  • ALL coaches are volunteer parents
  • Championship gifts are awarded to the Champions of the grade division

Pocatello Skills Camp- June 16th-18th, 2025

We are pleased to bring you the Overtime skills camp in the summer of 2025. Come and join us in the sun to learn the fundamentals of Football, or to elevate your child's Football skills even further! Our Pocatello Camp is scheduled to take place June 16th-June 18th from 9AM-12PM.

Make sure to bring sunscreen and water. Cleats, flags, gloves etc. are all optional but helpful. We can't wait to see you all out there!

Pocatello Fall 2025

ATTENTION, TEAM SPONSORS REQUIRED: All teams are required to have a Team Sponsor for their team. The Team Sponsorship is $200. This is required in order for teams to receive their NFL jerseys and shorts provided by the league. Team sponsorships will be due prior to the first games in September.

Pocatello Fall 2025 Season Dates: 7 weeks, September 12th-October 24th 2025

  • Early Registrations ($130) begins May 23rd and will end May 30th, 2025
  • Regular Registration ($140) begins May 31st and ends June 30th, 2025.
  • Late Registration ($150) begins July 1st, 2025- Until Divisions are full.
  • Wait List Registration begins after Divisions are full and will be $155

*We are going to separate by grade again this year but it will be the grade they're in. For the 5th/6th if we don't get enough teams per grade we'll combine and we'll keep 7th/8th grade combined. If your player or team are an elite team we can move them up a grade for competition or if we get enough competitive/Elite teams per grade we'll separate the division into a Rec and Competitive. We won't move teams or players down a grade. You'll have to play the grade of the highest grade on your team*

We're excited to start continue the girls program and will have ages from Kindergarten up to Senior in High School

-Ages are 7th grade through high school as well as adult for boys will be in our 7 on 7 program
-Field will be larger but rules will be almost identical
-Games will be played on Thursday nights if we get enough teams. If not we'll play on Fridays
