Welcome to Friday Night Flag and Flex Nampa
Registration is OPEN for Fall Flag and Flex 2024 . The Spring season runs from September 5/6 through October 18th with games taking place mostly on Fridays but a few Thursdays. Our Flex league will play on Thursdays and will have games in Nampa and Meridian.

Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag affiliated league, for all boys and girls K-8th grade. Friday Night Flag is quick play and high tempo which makes for exciting games for both players and parents.
Game Schedule
September 5/6- October 18
General League Format
- NFL flag reversible jersey
- NFL Flag belt
- Head Coach receives an NFL Flag game ball
- 5 Regular Season games
- Last two weeks is a single elimination Championship Playoffs
- 5 on 5 format
- Equal playing time.
- One practice held a week (1-1.5 long)
- NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
- ALL coaches are volunteer parents
- Rings are awarded to the Champions of the grade/age division with medals for 2nd place.
