Welcome to Friday Night Flag Nampa
Registration is OPEN for Nampa Spring 2026 Flag and Flex and Girls Only Leagues.
The 2026 Spring Co-Ed Flag Season (KG-8th grade) plays thursdays and fridays at Karcher Church of the Nazarene 2515 W Karcher Rd.
Games start April 9th and end May 22nd, 2026.
The Flex Season (Co-Ed 3rd-4th, 5th-6th) will have practices in Nampa and games will be on Thursday nights in Meridian.
Games are April 2nd- May 14th.
The 3-5, 6-8th Girls Only League will practice in Nampa and play games on Thursdays at Tree City Church of the Nazarene, 3852 Eagle Rd.

General Flag League Format
- NFL flag reversible jersey
- NFL Flag belt
- Head Coach receives an NFL Flag game ball
- 5 Regular Season games
- Last two weeks is a single elimination Championship Playoffs
- 5 on 5 format
- Equal playing time.
- One practice held a week (1-1.5 long)
- NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
- ALL coaches are volunteer parents
- Rings are awarded to the Champions of the grade/age division with medals for 2nd place.
