INTRODUCING Friday NIGHT Flag FLEX
This will be played on Thursday nights. The location is to be determined. Flex is a COED league for grades 3rd - 6th.
- Flex football is flag football that allows players to block with their hands (no shoulders or heads).
- Players wear soft shell helmets and shoulder pads for player safety, but contact is still minimal.
- It is played 9-on-9 and includes lineman who are looking to improve their skills.
- FLEX football is the best format for those looking for a little more contact, but not ready for full contact tackle football.
Registration is OPEN for SPRING 2026. The SPRIING season runs from April through May, with games taking place on Thursdays.
